A pickup request is easier to plan when it identifies an exact location. Old San Juan Tours accepts requests from cruise ships in Old San Juan, hotels, Airbnbs and SJU Airport. The meeting arrangements still need to match your particular address or terminal.

Tell us who is traveling, when you expect to be ready and where you need to finish. A neighborhood name or flight landing time is a useful start, but it is not enough to establish a meeting point or a confirmed departure.

Choose the right pickup guide

Cruise guests should distinguish the Old San Juan piers from the Pan American piers across the bay. Airport guests should have their airline and flight details ready. Accommodation guests should provide the full address, even when a property name seems well known.

Coordinate the meeting, not just the address
